I booked room with jacuzzi, and jacuzzi was good. Very nice front desk staff, who recommended us Cozy Corner restaurant for dinner. It was a god place : American food with Greek accent, very nice and welcome atmosphere, tasty, food and good prices.
Smell, company of lady bugs was ok, but surprising to see in October. Breakfast was very bad, but we expected it from previous reviews and since the place was almost empty.

Marvellous location, we were not far from restaurants and shops and surrounding area and a deep valley in The Berkshires. Furthermore, in the hills of Vermont.

Comfortable room with all the basics I needed. The bed was really cozy. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, which was a big plus. The staff was super helpful, so I'm definitely thinking about coming back here 😊.

The location is excellent for local touring, and scenery within ~30 miles is quite stunning
The hotel address does not seem to be recognised by satellite navigation systems (used Garmin provided by car hire Co.). However, quite easy to find as on a substantial road. The person on duty seemed to have some difficulty understanding our request regarding understanding what the breakfast times were. More importantly, we have been charged twice on our VISA account for the room. Firstly, via our booking made in August via Booked.net, and then again following our stay at the hotel by the hotel chain directly. We have written directly to the hotel chain about this and asked for our second payment to be returned.

We stayed at this motel for one night while attending a concert in a nearby town. The owners were incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure our safety and comfort. The rooms, although slightly dated, were clean and sufficient for our needs. We also appreciated the convenient location right off the main road. Additionally, a continental breakfast was offered, although we unfortunately missed it due to sleeping in.
